Buying with Acreman St.

For general sales, the premium charged will be 23%+VAT on top of hammer price. For specialist sales it will be 25%+VAT on top of hammer price.

Selling with Acreman St.

We accept from single items up to offering a complete house clearance service which can be arranged at competitive rates. We are always very happy to make home visits.

Vendors commission 15% + VAT

Minimum Commission per lot is £3 + VAT

Lotting Fee £5 + VAT per lot

Insurance 1.5% + VAT of the selling price

We pay out 3 weeks after the sale providing all items have been paid for.

Viewing days

Viewing is always held on the Wednesday before the auction, 10am - 4pm.

Collections

Please make an appointment to collect your items and pay by bank transfer where possible prior to collection.

Parking

We have limited onsite parking. There is a public car park located 200 yards from our auction rooms.
